All prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

SESSION DEPARTURE POINT

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session start-time so that we can complete paperwork and sort out equipment where booked. The location of the departure point is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their sessions. In the case of late arrival there will be no extension of the session. If clients have not arrived at 30 minutes beyond the proposed start time, the session will be deemed to have been cancelled. In this instance there will be no refund or rescheduling of the session.

AVAILABILITY

All of the mountain biking services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Bookings will only be confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your booking voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellation more than 14 days in advance : full refund or rescheduling of the booking

* Cancellation less than 14 days prior to session or no-show : No refund or rescheduling of session will be given. Bike rental fees will be refunded for cancelled bookings but not for no-shows.
